What is a pawn?
- A pawn is receiving a loan from a pawnbroker with a physical item used as collateral. The loan is paid to the pawnbroker with the principle and interest. If the pawner does not pay the principle and the interest amount within a specific time frame, the pawnbroker can sell the item.
What items can I pawn?
- We take anything with value that does not depreciate in value quickly. We take firearms, jewelry, electronics, automobiles, commercial tools, trailers, etc. If you have a question about your specific item, feel free to call us and ask!
What is a layaway?
- A layaway is where a customer puts 20% down on a product they want to buy. This insures that another customer will not purchase the product while the original customer is saving for the product. You have 90 days to pay for your layaway.
Does Capital Pawn have new products?
- Yes, we buy from wholesalers when we are low on specific items that are popular among our loyal customers.
